There’s something about returning to your first love that feels both nostalgic and electric—and for me, that first love was blogging.

Back in 2011, I launched a blog called Peaches and Chic. I had no clue what I was doing, only that I was obsessed with fashion and wanted to share my passion with the world. What I didn’t realize was just how much work goes into building and maintaining a blog—styling, writing, editing, shooting, promoting… it’s a full-time job in itself! But it lit a fire in me. That tiny corner of the internet was where my creativity found a voice, and it was the start of something much bigger.

Fast-forward to today, and that spark has reignited—welcome (back) to HairLossGirlBoss.com.

The Birth of Hair Loss Girl Boss

When I created Hair Loss Girl Boss, I had a mission: to build a vibrant, empowering space where women navigating hair loss could find real information, heartfelt inspiration, and a dose of fun. I wanted it to be the blog I needed when I was first dealing with hair loss—a place that didn’t just talk about wigs and hair health (although yes, we love our wigs here!) but also celebrated the beauty, fashion, travel, and lifestyle joys that make life feel full and fabulous.

Because hair loss is just one chapter of our stories—it doesn’t define us.

This blog was meant to be more than advice and product reviews (though those are coming too!). It was created to be a celebration. Of beauty in all its forms. Of resilience. Of boss energy. Of women showing up, thriving, and looking incredible while doing it.

Life Got in the Way—As It Does

But let me be real with you. Over the past two years, life has been a lot.

We moved. We took on the massive (and I mean massive) project of renovating an entire house. I juggled being a mom, a businesswoman, a partner, and a million other roles women know all too well. Somewhere in the whirlwind of drywall dust, playdates, deadlines, and meetings, this blog—the heart of Hair Loss Girl Boss—took a back seat.

And I’ve missed it.

I’ve missed the connection, the creativity, the storytelling. I’ve missed sharing with you. The blog went quiet, but not because I stopped caring. Quite the opposite—because I cared so much, I wanted to give it the energy and intention it deserved.

Well, the wait is over. I’m back.
